Refund policy

At SunTribe Essentials, we stand behind the quality of our products. While we generally do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, we fully comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, defective, or damaged, please contact us at suntribeessentials@gmail.com as soon as possible with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will assess the matter and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with ACL requirements.

Non-Returnable Items
All other products are non-returnable unless faulty or misdescribed. This includes products purchased on sale or for gifts, except where required under ACL.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning faulty or damaged items. We recommend using a trackable service for items over $75.
