DIRECTIONS: (Topical) Apply one to two drops behind ears, on hands, or wrists daily to ground and protect. (Diffusion) Use three to four drops in a diffuser to harmonise the atmosphere. (Soak) After a long, stressful day, add five to six drops in a bath.
